Day 10 | To New Zealand

Today is a travel day from Cairns to Auckland... we found out the rental car place closes at 7pm, we made it past security at 7:30pm... which made it over an hour in the customs line. We had to declare our hiking shoes and the Kangaroo Island honey.

Our backup plan was to stay in Auckland for the night and go out to the nearest restaurant & bar.

New Things
1. Saw a keyboard built into the plane (Virgin Air rocks!)
2. Stayed at one of those crummy hotels by the airport
3. Had shoes washed by New Zealand authorities
4. Disliked the oysters we ordered:(
