Blueheels & their Extremely Nice Guitarist

Last night, I headed over to Cafe Montmartre to see the Blueheels, a Madison rock 'n roll band. They put on a pretty good show (I liked the Flaming Lips cover), but the randomness happened when we stepped outside.

One of the smokers by the door was the very bearded lead guitarist (Justin Bricco), who stopped us and asked if we'd just seen the show, and why we came out, and if we were the ones sitting in the corner, he does the marketing for the band... I was a bit surprised he recognized us, but maybe that's normal. Then, he said,

"Wait here 22 seconds, I have an idea."

Then he ran back into Cafe Montmartre and came back out with band stickers to give us. We talked a bit longer and then he ran back in again, and came out with two copies of the Isthmus and CDs for us both. He gave us the Isthmus since the band was featured in an article. We're to spread the word to our friends.
