Pancake Tuesday

To cleanse ourselves for Lent, its tradition in Ireland to have a pancake dinner. Not fluffy pancakes, like the kind you'd find in Perkins ((oh, the memories)), but more eggy and served with lemon and sugar. Unfortunately I had to eat a sandwhich on the run, because I was on a pub quiz team on campus. We didn't win, but we did get a prize for a perfect score on the tech round. Yes, I'm still a nerd.
