I love going to Art Fair on the Square, but it seems like the same artists are there every year. *And* most of the art in the work hallways come from Art Fair on the Square, so the event loses some of its charm after awhile. 
That said, I still go every year. What a lovely doe-baritone.

funny, I have a picture of the french horn fountain right next to that doe.
the art fair didnt impress. Portland's saturday market is better. I think there were like 3-4 booths at the art fair that actually were "good"
